No. Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm is a really modern part of the city. It’s supposed to be an eco-quarter and as such especially public services are sustainably designed. On top there is a skiing slope close by. Wow!

Architect Gunnar Asplund had a good idea by building this library round. Like this, there is a really huge and amazing hall inside the building and thereby the books create a special atmosphere.
